Quite a gem.
I got the 3 meatball appetizer, lunch special pizza with pepperoni and the chicken piccata.
The meatballs were perfectly seasoned, had nice texture and the garlic bread was flavorful and toasted nicely.
The lunch special pizza was like comfort food, perfect ratio of toppings and cheese and nicely cooked crust.
The chicken piccata was delicious with very tender chicken and a nice tangy sauce. It also came with roasted vegetables which was nice. It had the perfect amount of sauce.

We visited Italio Restaurant three weeks ago and were absolutely blown away by the experience. The pizzas were amazing, my kids couldn't get enough of the pasta, and my mom, who's on a low-carb diet, loved the salad options and chicken wings. We were so impressed that we decided to book my daughter's 3rd birthday party there. The party was yesterday, and it was perfect! Our guests, some of whom drove from Tacoma and Bainbridge, loved the food and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff and the owner were incredible—five-star service all the way. They were so hands-on with our party, making sure everything went smoothly, and even surprised us with a bottle of wine on the house. Italio has truly become a favorite for our family.

The food is delicious! I had the Penne with Pesto sause and was very pleased with the flavor! We also got 2 pizzas and salad. We were happy with everything, it all tasted so good! The service was great, It's a small place but don't let thay fool you the food is Exceptional! I highly recommend you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I wish I could give more stars! Hands down the best food I've had in a while. It was so lovely to sit on the patio and listen to kids play happily while everyone enjoyed their meal. I also love that they are pretty friendly! The fried zucchini had the perfect texture and paired so well with the garlic marinara sauce. The baked fettuccine was absolute heaven, with the meatballs being perfect with the cream sauce. 10/10 would come back!

The best kept secret! What a secret gem of authentic Italian dishes! This is a quaint establishment that prepares homemade dishes that I would eat at my grandmothers house. What a cozy and delicious treat. My husband is Italian and said this is the best he has tasted out to eat! Definitely worth trying if you are looking for authentic homemade food!!!!

Aloha was delivered promptly. Crust was perfect cheese was melted just right. The sauce was not too sweet or spicy, perfectly balanced. Toppings were generous. Will definitely update review after dining in.

By far the best vegetarian pizza options I have ever seen. Try the Pizza Melanzane, and get a large because you are definitely going to be craving leftovers. The breaded eggplant on top is so delicious, it just melts in your mouth. That paired with the goat cheese is just… DAMN. So, so good. A Greenwood gem 🙏

I'd been on the road for over an hour and found myself in a bathroom emergency. I asked the Mexican restaurant next door if I could use their restroom which they quickly denied me saying I need to buy something first. However this establishment was more than gracious enough to let me use their bathroom in my time of need. I will happily come back to this restaurant to show my appreciation

Love this place! Seating in the additional space is cozy. Cheese bread with marinara idelicious. Have had both the lasagna and pizza,, recommend highly. Beer is reasonably priced. This is a great family owned business!

New customer to this restaurant and this place did not disappoint me! First walked into the restaurant and was kinda skeptical not gonna lie, the restaurant looked small and the tables in there look claustrophobia to me BUT the lady working at the front offered us to have the meal in another dining area which was more open and looks very majestic! Server was a very nice and friendly 👍🏽 I got the classic spaghetti and meatballs with spicy marinara sauce and it was D-D-DELICIOUS 😋 and the pasta dish also comes with 2 garlic bread slices which were fantastic and crunchy! Overall awesome service, great atmosphere, and especially AMAZING FOOD! 10/10 would go again 👌🏽🤙🏽

If you go to Seattle , this place is a must. The food is delicious, they have a little space with music, very private to eat, and the service, awesome, they are very attentive. Service was phenomenal, as was the food! This is definitely a hidden gem. The wine selection is great. Portions are generous. The tiramisu (made in house) was the BEST I've ever had, and Peter's method for getting a crispy, yet chewy crust on the pizza is game changing. 11/10. We'll definitely be returning.

Our church celebrated a birthday here and it was amazing! Our server and host was Peter and he was delightful, kind and attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful in their patio section. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for everything the Italio Pizza Team

My mom and I went here before a play at the ta well we got those people are going anywhere anyways Taproot Theater. It was absolutely delicious!! The best meal either of us has had in a long time. The wine was great too! The owner is an excellent chef and very amiable. I would highly recommend this place for anyone going to Taproot or spending time in the neighborhood.

I would say that this is one of the best pizzas in Seattle that I have tried. We had pizza Melanzane with roasted red peppers added. It was delightful! In addition to that the staff was great and very friendly. The ambiance looks like a real Italian place in Verona. I am very happy with the place and will go back soon.

Came here for dinner and the food and service was amazing! Cute and intimate restaurant with two different seating areas. The chicken piccata had a tasty lemon sauce. The seafood pasta was plentiful with mussels, prawns, and clams. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the great service!!

Stopped in for lunch while waiting for windshield replacement across the street. Loved this cute place! Tomato soup was great with side salad. My 16 year old is pretty picky about her grinders as we live on the Eastside & frequent Acropolis in Kirkland. She’s never found one to come close in comparison, but did at Italio. Loved the ambience & the owner. Made for a great day! Thank you!

Had a great dinner here tonight with our little kids age 3 and 6. Staff were so friendly and kind to us. The fried zucchini was a highlight. They have a small main area and a heated covered patio. We will be back!

I have lived in this neighborhood for > 5 years and I don't know why I missed this gem! We really enjoyed their food and ambience! This place is pretty cute and the service is great! Would highly recommend trying out this place. I am definitely coming back to this place.

My wonderful granddaughter and I came here for dinner after martial arts class. We loved the penne pasta and the lasagna. The cheesecake and cannoli were also delicious. Highly recommend.

We had such an amazing experience here. The food was absolutely fabulous. I will dream about the canolis forever. The owner was serving us, very hard worker. It's obvious he takes pride in his food. There is a dining space that is a warm enclosed patio space available year round. Would recommend and will be back.

Definitely as good as last time! Calamari was golden and crispy with a nice side salad. My dining companions each enjoyed a "sub" sandwich and they each left with half a sandwich to enjoy later.

Ok why have I not been here and it’s been in my neighborhood for years. Big mistake on my part cause it’s delicious! I couldn’t stop eating the pizza and the dough was perfectly made. So soft and baked to perfection. The inside of the restaurant has two little tables but it’s tight but they have this cute covered patio and very quaint and kind of has a nice romantic vibe to it. We got one medium pizza and a salad and we were full and of course we ate it all. The drinks were reasonably priced which was nice to see. The salad was very good too so overall it was the right decision to finally check it out. The service was excellent too and I told them we would be back. I can’t wait to try a red sauce based pizza next time!
